How TDI Hub, operated by The Data Immersed, handles information when you use this website.

Who we are
TDI Hub is the commercial platform of The Data Immersed (“TDI”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us about privacy at hello@hub.tdimmersed.org.
What this website collects
This website does not have user accounts and does not store your personal information in its own database.
- Contact form. When you send us a message, your name, email address, topic and message are emailed to our inbox so we can reply. The website itself does not keep a copy.
- Consultation booking form. The details you type into the consultation form (name, email, organisation and your description of the consultation) are passed to Calendly when you continue to choose a time. They are not stored by this website.
- Analytics. We use privacy-friendly website analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand which pages are visited. It does not use cookies to identify you.
Services provided by third parties
Some actions take you to other services, which handle your information under their own privacy policies:
- Nestuge processes purchases of courses and digital products, and hosts the AI Daily membership.
- Calendly handles introductory call, mentorship call and consultation bookings.
- Resend delivers messages sent through our contact form to our inbox.
We never ask for or store your card details on this website.
How we use information you send us
We use the information you share with us to respond to your enquiries, deliver programmes and services you have paid for, and prepare for calls and consultations you have booked.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@hub.tdimmersed.org.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
